This trip considers around 26 travel hours.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Latin American cargo airline applied its expertise through a multidisciplinary team that ensured the horses\u2019 wellbeing at all times. This was achieved by complying with the rigorous procedure offered by ALIVE, animal care included in the company\u2019s product portfolio.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Even though the COVID-19 virus has hindered clients\u2019 ability to find horse workers (required by this service), LATAM Cargo supported its clients and offered an experienced horse worker, known in the air cargo industry for helping out in countless animal and complex-cargo shipments.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">More than six teams took part in this delicate transportation; coordination was fundamental in order to satisfy clients\u2019 needs and ensure optimal service from beginning to end. These teams include CCO, COT, Quality Control, Exports, Imports and Sales.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the following weeks, the company plans on carrying out more charter flights from Chile and Amsterdam. This reflects the importance of LATAM Cargo\u2019s role in connecting Latin America to the world and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alive Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">This service, part of LATAM Cargo\u2019s product portfolio, includes: fulfillment of the physical and documentary standards established by IATA\u2019s Live Animal Regulations (LAR); delicate handling by specially trained personnel; proactive coordination to facilitate animal-companions\u2019 duties; and separate storage in areas with proper temperature and oxygen levels.
